The same city where I go when I sleep, can’t swim across a river so deep
It's times like last night that make me dread growing even older than I already am. I wish I could just go back to asking my parents how to speak french and pretending to balance an imaginary checkbook. I wish I could just hit rewind, I wish my dad wasn't getting older and I wish I was still slung over his shoulders like a sack of potatoes. The good days.
